What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. Browser local storage is similar but stores slightly more data and never expires unless cleared manually. Both are used to remember your preferences between visits.

The local storage items above are stored in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are only enabled when you explicitly accept those categories.

Third-party storage

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a cookie called __cf_bm for bot management and security. This is a technical cookie set by infrastructure, not by us. You can read more in Cloudflare's cookie policy.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) for analytics and Google AdSense (Google LLC) for advertising. AdSense may use Google advertising cookies and related storage on Google domains.

You can clear local storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings. In most browsers: go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Clear browsing data -> and check "Cookies and site data" or "Site settings".

You can change your analytics and advertising choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

As a fallback, clearing cws-analytics-consent and cws-ad-consent in local storage and reloading the page will show the consent banner again.
